FAQ about product Returns

→ How do I create a return?
If at any time within 21 days of receipt you are not happy with the product, please email us at info@semperamate.com and we will replace or refund your product.
Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. A 20% fee will be charge for any open products that are not approved for exchanges.
Customers are responsible for paying freight.

→ How long will it take to process my return?
Once a return is received at our offices, we will process your return as soon as possible. Whilst we try to process returns promptly, please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be finalized.

→ What should I do if I received the wrong product?
Firstly, we’re sorry to hear about this. We want to make sure you get the products you ordered ASAP.
