FAQ about your Orders
→ Can I change my order once it is placed?
Unfortunately, products cannot be added or removed from your order once the order is placed. If your order has not been shipped yet please email us with your order number and we can cancel the order for you. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
→ Where is my Order Confirmation?
Sometimes your order confirmation can end up in your email's Junk folder. If you are unable to find your confirmation, please email our friendly Customer Care Team (email@example.com)
→ How can I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by logging on to your Account page. In addition, you will receive email notifications when you order has been confirmed, shipped, and delivered.
→ How can I change the address on my order?
If you need to change or update the address on your order that has not been shipped yet, please email us with the correct address. If your order has already shipped please contact your shipping carrier first to change the address.
→ Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?
Only one promo code is permitted per order.
→ How do I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order information within 24 hours from purchasing before the order is shipped. Unfortunately, once the order has shipped we are not able to cancel it.
→ When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours of placing your order.
→ What types of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and PayPal. We do not accept multiple payment types to be used on the same order.
